Questions about fees

Does AbegNa take a cut of what people give me?
No. AbegNa takes 0% of every gift. Every naira a giver gives lands in your AbegNa balance.
So what is the ₦100?
A flat fee each time you withdraw to your bank. It covers the bank transfer and its charges. It is the same whether you withdraw ₦2,000 or ₦100,000. If you choose an instant withdrawal, it is ₦250.
Who pays the card fee?
The giver. Paystack charges 1.5% plus ₦100 on Nigerian cards, with the ₦100 waived under ₦2,500 and the total capped at ₦2,000. It is added on top of the gift and shown before they pay, so nothing is taken from the person they help.
Do I have to tip AbegNa?
No. Tips are optional and start at zero. A tip helps keep AbegNa running. Not tipping changes nothing about the help you give or get.
Is there a minimum withdrawal?
Yes, ₦500.
Are there any other charges?
No. Posting a request is free, and there are no monthly or hidden fees.
