Abeg Na is a peer-to-peer micro-giving platform, not a bank, lender, or charity. ABEG-NA TECHNOLOGIES LTD (RC: 9345906) is a company duly registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) of Nigeria, authorised by the Registrar-General of the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). Abeg Na assumes the lead customer relationship with all users of this platform.
Banking & Payments — All payment processing, banking custody, and disbursements are handled exclusively by Paystack Payments Limited, a company licensed and regulated by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). Abeg Na does not hold, custody, or transmit funds directly. Every naira that moves on this platform passes through CBN-regulated infrastructure. Abeg Na does not provide loans and does not charge interest. All transfers represent the voluntary transfer of principal by the giver, with no expectation of financial return.
Trust & Safety — Abeg Na applies identity verification on all accounts. However, Abeg Na does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or truthfulness of any user's story or stated need. Users are advised to give only to requests they independently trust. Abeg Na operates a Zero-Tolerance Fraud Policy: any account found to have submitted a fraudulent request will be permanently banned and referred for criminal prosecution under the Advance Fee Fraud and Other Fraud Related Offences Act, Cap A6, LFN 2004.
Fees — Abeg Na charges 0% platform commission on all funds received. A flat sustainability fee of ₦100 applies per withdrawal to cover third-party banking switch costs charged by our payment partners. This fee is not a profit margin — it is passed directly to our processing infrastructure. No other fees are deducted from recipient balances.
